5 Easy-to-Prepare CBD Oil-Infused Dinner Recipes

Guacamole Burgers

Guacamole burgers are a tasty twist on a classic, with the ingredients in the guacamole adding lots of nutritional value to the meal.  We have added CBD to our guacamole recipe so that each bite feels as good as it tastes.


-6 ground beef burger patties

-Salt and pepper

-3 tbsp olive oil

-2 cups shredded jack cheese

-3 avocados, peeled, pitted and roughly chopped

-1/2 cup chopped cilantro

-2 tbsp finely diced white onion

-Juice of 1 lime

-2 droppers of Full Spectrum CBD Oil (Unflavored)

-6 hamburger buns


  1. Season the beef patties with salt and pepper on both sides.  
  2. Pour the olive oil into a pan.
  3. Turn the heat up to high.  
  4. Cook the patties for 4 minutes on each side.  
  5. After you flip the burgers over the first time, divide the cheese between them, placing on top of each patty and allowing to melt.
  6. While the burgers are cooking, make the guacamole.  Place the avocado, cilantro, onion, lime, and CBD oil into a small mixing bowl.  
  7. Use a fork to mash the avocado and stir together the ingredients.
  8. Spread the guacamole onto the top of each burger bun and place a burger onto each.

Peanut Sauce Noodles

Tired of the same old pasta dishes?  Why not try an Asian-inspired noodle recipe?  This one couldn’t be any easier, and its sweet n’ savory flavor profile is certain to be a hit.


-1lb soba noodles

-1 cup smooth peanut butter

-1 tsp fish sauce

-2 tbsp soy sauce

-1 tbsp rice vinegar

-2 tbsp brown sugar

-2 droppers of Full Spectrum CBD Oil (Unflavored)

-1/2 sliced scallions

-3 tbsp sesame seeds


  1. Bring salted water to a boil in a large pot.  
  2. When the water begins to boil, add the noodles.  
  3. Cook for the number of minutes stated on the package.
  4. While the noodles are cooking, combine the peanut butter, fish sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, and CBD oil into a bowl.  
  5. Stir well until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  6. Pour the noodles into a large bowl and pour the sauce into the bowl.  
  7. Toss well until the sauce is evenly distributed throughout the noodles.  
  8. Top with scallions and sesame seeds.

Chicken BLT Salad

Chicken, bacon, lettuce, and tomato – what’s not to love?  This chicken BLT salad can be pulled together in no time, and the compounds in hemp really add something special to the sweet and tangy honey mustard dressing.


-8 strips of bacon, sliced into ¾ inch slices

-1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts

-Salt and pepper

-1 head romaine lettuce, sliced into ½ inch strips

-2 cups grape tomatoes, halved

-1/2 cup honey

-1/2 cup Dijon mustard

-1/2 cup olive oil

-2 droppers of Full Spectrum CBD Oil (Unflavored)


  1. Cook the bacon in a large sauté pan on high heat.  
  2. When the bacon becomes crispy, remove from heat using a slotted spoon so that the majority of the bacon fat stays in the pan.
  3. Season the slices of chicken breast with salt and pepper.  
  4. With the heat of the pan still on high, place the chicken into the pan and allow the chicken to cook through.
  5. While the chicken is cooking, prepare your salad dressing.  
  6. Combine the honey, mustard, and CBD oil into a small bowl.  
  7. Add a sprinkle of salt and pepper.  
  8. Stir well with a fork while slowly adding the olive oil, until the dressing comes together.
  9. Into a large salad bowl, combine the bacon, chicken, lettuce, and tomato.
  10.  Pour the dressing on top.  
  11. Mix well.

Poached Salmon with Lemony Green Beans

If you’re looking for a dinner that will impress, while still requiring minimal effort, you have found it.  Poached salmon with green beans is a French classic that will win over anyone you serve it to.


-4 salmon filets


-1 1/2 lb green beans, both ends sliced off

-3 tbsp olive oil

-3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced

-1/2 cup lemon juice

-The zest of 3 lemons

-2 droppers of Full Spectrum CBD Oil (Focus Citrus)


  1. Fill a pot with water.
  2. Add ½ cup of salt.  
  3. While the water is cold, place the salmon filets at the bottom.  
  4. Bring the water to a boil and reduce to a simmer at medium-low.  
  5. Cook the salmon for 20 minutes, or until a thermometer inserted into one of the filets reads 145 degrees.  
  6. Once the salmon has been removed from the pot and is cool enough to touch, peel off the skin.
  7. While the salmon is cooking, into a large sauté pan, pour the olive oil, and put the heat on medium-high.  
  8. Add the green beans and season with salt.  
  9. Once the green beans become soft, add the garlic, and stir.  
  10. After 10 minutes, turn off the heat and add the lemon juice, lemon zest, and CBD oil.  
  11. Stir well.
  12. Serve by placing the green beans on a pan and placing a salmon filet on top.

Pesto Pasta 

There is something about pesto that makes us never want to stop eating it.  With its aromatic, nutty, cheesy, and tangy taste, it’s so satisfying that you’ll find yourself swooning after each bite.  And of course, the CBD in the pesto recipe adds a little something special to the meal.


-1lb rotini


-2 cups fresh basil leaves

-1/2 cup walnuts

-1/3 cup grated parmesan

-3 cloves of garlic, peeled and crushed

-Juice of 2 lemons

-1 cup extra virgin olive oil

-2 droppers of Full Spectrum CBD Oil (Unflavored)


  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
  2. Add several shakes of salt to the water.
  3. When the water has reached a boil, pour in the pasta.
  4. While the pasta is cooking, make your pesto sauce.  
  5. Combine the remaining ingredients into a food processor, minus the olive oil.  
  6. Hit the processor’s ON button and slowly trickle in the olive oil until the pesto comes together.
  7. Remove the pasta from the water and pour into a large serving bowl.  
  8. Add the pesto and stir well into the pasta.
